Small Home Financing Loan

A loan product to cater the housing needs of individuals who do not have the complete documents necessary in real estate mortgage and those who are in need of bridge financing. It focuses on clients with sufficient sources of income and of good credit record.

Loanable Amount: P25,000 – P450,000
Loan Term: 1 to15 years
Eligibility Criteria:

    • 21 to 60 years old;
    • Permanent resident of the place CANBNK is operating;
    • Has no existing small housing loan from other lenders;
    • Has a good record of loan repayment for the last three (3) loan cycles of any type of loan from CANBNK;
    • Has a verifiable source of income;
    • Has no negative credit records with any financial institution;
    • Must be the owner of the property subject for house construction, repair, and improvement;
    • Only those whose purpose is purely for house and lot construction/renovation or lot acquisition

Secured Home Financing Loan

A loan product for clients with sufficient sources of income and with real property to offer as collateral. This is for clients who want to avail of loan for their housing needs but not limited to house construction, to include residential lot purchase and house repairs.

Loanable Amount: P10,000 – P5,000,000
Loan Term: 1 to 15years for as long as age should not go beyond 69 at the time of maturity date or on the date of maturity at most
Eligibility Criteria:

    • 21 to 64 years old;
    • Permanent resident of the place CANBNK is operating;
    • Must have regular and stable income;
    • Must be the owner of the real property to be offered as collateral;
    • For lot purchase, purchased lot must be mortgage as collateral
